Terrible
Phone was stolen so downloaded tickets were gone. Because Tiqets is a third party vendor no was for the Gaudi houses to locate the payment. We had to purchase tickets again. Lost money... never...

There was no one to guide us from the company we bought the tickets with, but another tour guide helped us and he was great (name was Ian).
